Employee Email Password Change in the Web Portal

  • The employee email web portal can be accessed via a browser with the following address: https://mail.kilgore.edu (be sure to type in the https://)
  • Sign in with the employee email and the existing password.
  • Once signed in, click on the gear-shaped icon near the top-right of the page

  • A drop-down menu should open. Click Options
  • A column should be present on the far-left side of the screen now
  • Look for the section labelled General, click it, then click My Account
  • A form page will be displayed in the center of the screen. At the bottom-right of this form will be (in small blue letters) something to the effect of “Change your password”
  •  Click “change your password” to set a different password.
