Reporting a Kilgore Outage

What to do if a Kilgore system is severely degraded or completely unavailable (except for planned outages).

Reporting Planned Outage

  • For LMS (Blackboard) – To check undergoing a scheduled maintenance, or confirm a known outage, kindly check the below link

  •  All systems are updated on the 4th weekend of the month. Starts late Saturday night and runs into early Sunday.
  • Updates to the Student Information System (Jenzabar1) are announced a week in advance (usually occurs 3 times per year).

 


Reporting Unplanned

  • For any unplanned outage, BBH should create & escalate the ticket to Onsite with below information
    • User first & last name
    • Proper Issue
    • Contact Number
    • Location / Room Number
