Alumni

• Long term, graduated students (alumni) have access to – N/A
• Access to other services is terminated after graduation – 1 Year
• If an alumnus has never had an account (they graduated before the system was in place), they Cannot obtain an account.

Emeriti (retired employees)

• Long term, retired employees (emeriti) have access to – N/A
• Access to other services is terminated after retirement – Days to weeks
• If an emeritus has never had an account (they retired before the system was in place), they Cannot obtain an account.

Other User

• Long term, students that have left the school WITHOUT graduating have access to – Nothing after 1 Year
• Long term, employees that have left the school WITHOUT retiring have access to – Nothing after days to weeks of ended employment
