• Connect to KCNet
• Login with Kilgore College username and password (this is the same password you use to login to computers on campus or login to Blackboard.)

More Information related to different users..

1. Windows and Mac users – simply enter your username and password.
2. iOS users – enter your username and password and accept, or trust, the certificate when asked to.
3. Andriod users – enter your username and password, then enter Kilgore.edu in the domain if required.
4. For Chrome users – If they are having issues connecting to KCNet with a Chromebook, have them put in the following settings..
   1. EAP method = PEAP
   2. Phase 2 authentication = none
   3. Ca certificate = don’t validate
   4. Username = Student ID#
   5. Password = your password

Note: After following the above steps if still the issue would remains the same, Agent should create & Escalate the ticket to Onsite.
