Employee Password Change in Email Settings

  • The email portal can be accessed via a browser with the following address: mail.kilgore.edu
  • SignIn with the employee email and the new password.
  • Once signed in, click on the gear-shaped icon near the top-right of the page

  • As soon as to click on the gear and a drop menu should open. Click Options.

  • A column should be present on the far-left side of the screen now.

  • Look for the section labeled General, click it, then click My Account.

  • A form page will be displayed in the center of the screen now. At the bottom-right of this form will be (in small blue letters) something to the effect of “Change my password”.

  • It is through there that you can change the password from the default to something more secure.
