Unofficial transcripts are available for current students to VIEW and/or PRINT from their AccessKC (Portal) account.

• Log on to AccessKC
• Select “Academics” tab.
• Select “Student Information” tab
• Click the “Unofficial Transcript” button.
• Click the printable version to print your transcript.
• Please contact helpdesk@kilgore.edu if you need assistance with login credentials.

Note: If you are no longer a currently enrolled student at Kilgore College and you are needing access to your transcripts you will need to contact the Registrar’s Office at (903) 983-8606 or by emailing them at registrar@kilgore.edu.
